Go Back

The start of the weekend and more bad weather coming. We just got through with four days of gale force winds and seas up to nine feet. So we were looking forward to getting out and seeing what was going on. Mr. Norman Stephens and his party came in to fish with us and off to the lump we went. We were looking at a 2 to 4 foot forcast when we left and it was a little off. It took a little time getting out but we got on the hook and began our what would turn out to be a long day of putting bait in the water. We had plenty of action from catching bonita to feeding pelicans and at some point during the day it was interrupted by two black fin tunas and one amberjack. We picked up around four o'clock and headed in wondering if the weather was going to allow us back out for the rest of the weekend.
